Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 308 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,325,448,379,427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that earlier a case has been filed by the petitioners' side due to which quarrel took place in which both sides injured for which the present case has been filed as a counter blast. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.8708 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 308 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
