The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021 registered under Sections 323, 504, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68651 of 2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
