The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.12.2015 which fact has been mentioned in paragraph no. 8 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar ) P.S. Case No. 568 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. it appears that petitioner has been made accused on an allegation of recovery of stolen Indica Car. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner Nitish Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
