JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 324 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he pierced barchhi into the abdomen of Krishna Chaubey. Moreover, the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 56
