JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Mainatand P.S. Case No. 149/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of these petitioners. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Petitioners have been remanded in the present case from Mainatand P.S. Case No. 2/2018. Thereafter, police has recorded confessional statement of petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58501 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 149/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
