JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, deceased way lying ill and was being treated by various doctors. Deceased received accidental injury and she was immediately taken to Sadar Hospital, Munger from where she was being taken to P.M.C.H., Patna, however on the way she died. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15926 of 2017 (3) dt.18-08-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
