Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 16.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6563 of 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 02.03.2022 but there is no progress in the trial. petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
