The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 353, 427, 156, 295 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Prabhash Kumar Yadav @ Prabash Yadav @ Prabhash Kumar, Pankaj Sah @ Pankaj Kumar Sah and Rahul Kumar Rana @ Rahul Singh have already been allowed bail a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. 11039 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 5180 of 2017 respectively.

No.6671 of 2017 (3) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
