2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioner along with other co-accused person has snatched informant's phone, documents and about Rs.26,000/- cash.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that name of the petitioner has been transpired from the confessional statement of a co-accused, namely, Shubham Patel @ Dhanu. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that investigation has already concluded and accordingly charge-sheet has been submitted and

He further submits that FIR is against the unknown persons. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025 and has got four criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.275 of 2024 with a condition that petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
