Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.11.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
