Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31701/ 2021.

The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed in this case u/s 306, 201/ 34 of the IPC on 18.11.2022 and one witness has also been examined and crossexamined. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
