The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, father of the deceased, stated that his daughter was married with Shyam Sundar Pandey on 19.05.2014 but her husband and other in-laws were torturing her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant got information on 06.01.2015 and he went to the house of his daughter where his daughter was lying dead. There were marks of assault on the dead body of his daughter. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
