The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Trial No. 1032 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1524(c) of 2014 registered under Sections 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who happen to be father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the complainant, have falsely been implicated in this case. They are living separately from the complainant and her husband and have no concern with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14071 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 allegation of demand as alleged in the Complaint Petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1032 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1524(c) of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
