The office has pointed out that in view of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 20580 of 2011 (Annexure-1) the present writ application for recall of the said order is not maintainable.
I have heard the counsel for the petitioner.
After making submissions at some length, the counsel for the petitioner sought permission to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13642 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 withdraw the writ application enabling him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
The office objection is upheld.
