Allegedly, petitioner was caught with 9 MM loaded country made pistol containing one cartridge along with some pamphlets but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dispute of land of Math. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 489/2014.
