2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that due to financial difficulties the petitioner could not run the PDS shop and he has surrendered the license in the year 2010. That the petitioner with a view to run the PDS shop again has given a representation to the authorities on 18.08.2020 to consider his case for re-allotment. However, the authorities till date have not disposed of the representation and seeks a direction from this Court to direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Respondent No. 3, to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State has stated that the representation made by the petitioner way-back in the year 2020 may not be available in the office of the Sub

Patna High Court CWJC No.15437 of 2022(3) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 Divisional Officer. Learned counsel has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation to Respondent No. 3 and the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being given, the Respondent No. 3 shall consider the same and pass a necessary orders within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any orders passed by the Sub Divisional Officer shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
