JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.4.2019 by which the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and petitioner was directed to surrender within a period of six weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was apprehended during that period in connection with other case and he was in custody, as such he could not surrender and he prays for at least one week time he may surrender.
