The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the mother of the informant died due to electrocution in the field of co-accused, who have taken the land from the owners on patta. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that mother of the informant went to attend the call of nature in the field of accused/petitioner, where she came in contact with electric wire and died. It is further submitted that there is no material to show that petitioner has deliberately or intentionally killed the mother of informant by electrocution. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
