1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that petitioner got appointment as teacher based on forged and fabricated certificates.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that prior to instituting the instant FIR, no explanation was sought from the petitioner with regard

It is also submitted that had the petitioner been issued a show-cause seeking her side of the story, perhaps the FIR would not have been instituted. It is also submitted that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Teacher.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-9th, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No.136 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
