In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 377 of 2015 for the offence punishable under section 498 (A) of the I.P.C.

The petitioner and the opposite party no.2 both are present physically. Both submit that they are living together happily.
