This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
From the house of the petitioner country made liquor was allegedly recovered on 07.03.2017. Hence, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the bar under Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
