This Court, having perused the order dated 18.4.2015 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur, is satisfied that the direction given by this Court in the order dated 4.7.2013 in CWJC No. 16199 of 2012 has been complied in letter and spirit and if the petitioner is, however, aggrieved by the aforesaid order, he may take steps as is permissible in law.
