The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking modification in the order dated 17.10.2023, thereby granted four weeks' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Barh PS Case No. 121 of 2022, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that he was living out of state pursuing education, hence he was unable to furnish his bail bond within the stipulated time.

In view of the averments made in paragraph nos. three and four of the modification petition, the order dated 17.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32822 of 2023, is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72499 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 to the aforesaid extent in respect of Akash Kumar, and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 17.10.2023.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
