The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 238 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 50 ltrs country made liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
