Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 15(C)/18(C)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Opium plants were recovered from the house of coaccused Nageshwar Yadav. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was also standing outside the house of Nageshwar Yadav. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he had no knowledge of the alleged opium straw.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8655 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Gaya /successor Court in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 342 of 2016.
