====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 03-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No.434 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 3(I)(XI) of the S.C. and S.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 submit that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13481 of 2017 (3) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 husband and wife respectively. Earlier, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for the settlement of their dispute where both entered into agreement to lead their conjugal life together and they will withdraw the cases pending against each other.

Since the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 has been settled before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna and both are ready to lead their conjugal life together, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Maheshwar Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Madhubani, in connection with C.R. Case No.434 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
