The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1360 of 2016 registered under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the defalcated amount of Rs. 2,74,000/- has already been deposited in the concerned Bank through Challan by the petitioner and co-accused, which would appear from Annexure-2 series.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
