====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is a lady and is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner no. 2 and 3 have antecedent of one case which was instituted by the father of the informant one day prior to the present occurrence. He further submits that petitioners are similarly situated co-accused like Bisheshwar Singh who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67711 of 2021(3) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 dated 20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66941 of 2021 and the petitioners based on parity be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
