In the facts and circumstances stated above, let in the last paragraph of the order dated 28.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2718 of 2017 'S.D.J.M., Daudnagar' be read as 'C.J.M., Aurangabad' in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016.
