JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 This is an application for modification of order dated 20.01.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43165 of 2012 by which both the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners had been granted bail on 20.01.2015, but they were came to know about granting bail in the last week of April, 2015, but due to limitation imposed by this Court in furnishing bail bond they could not be able to furnish their bail bonds. Let order dated 20.01.2015 be modified to that extent period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of order in the court below. Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of. m.p.
