The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No.278 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner and his name has been given in the first information report as one of the conspirators as also the defence taken by the petitioner that at the time of the alleged occurrence, the petitioner was in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Saharsa in connection with

Case No.278 of 2017, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, and (b) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
