The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 343, 376, 354(B), 506, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. The complaint case has been lodged after lapse of 10 days of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.56267 of 2022(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
