ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019 in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 385 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in the FIR on the statement of one Prakash Ranjan, who was arrested from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner has nothing to do and is not even remotely connected with the said Prakash Ranjan, who has falsely implicated the petitioner due to enmity and local village politics. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018.
