The petitioner seeks bail in Barahara P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a/26(II) of the Arms Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended with a motorcycle and from the possession of the petitioner a single barrel gun of 12 bore with two live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2015 and he has already remained in jail for six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21989 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Barahara P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
