JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 29.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34128 of 2020.

It is submitted while rejecting the prayer for bail vide order 29.01.2021 directed was given to the trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible but the trial is still pending. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
