Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement got her age recorded as 23 years when Court assessed 20 years, where she stated that she of her own has married with the petitioner and she is residing at her matrimonial house. Moreover she denies the accusation of kidnapping.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21890 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar(Baddi) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
