The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 21805 of 2014 , which stood dismissed against respondent no. 5 due to non- compliance of peremptory order dated 13.05.2016 .

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let CWJC No. 21805 of 2014 be restored to its original file so far respondent no. 5 is concerned.

It is clarified that if the order dated 13.05.2016 passed

Patna High Court MJC No.2251 of 2016 (2) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 in CWJC No. 21805 of 2014 is not complied with in its letter and spirit within a period of three weeks from today, the CWJC No. 21805 of 2014 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
