The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case petitioner is alleged to have inflicted iron rod blow on the head of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple in nature. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was putting pressure upon the informant to withdraw the case but as a matter of fact till date petitioner has not been made accused in Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67791 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the Informant and learned A.P.P. for the State have opposed the bail petition and submits that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner by iron rod.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
