JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that while informant was going along with staff namely Bipin Sharma to hand over amount of Rs.2,49,500 to Nanihal family of owner of the Petrol Pump, then two persons came on Motorcycle and snatched bag containing money.

Case diary has been received.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that in paragraph-46 of the case diary it is mentioned that petitioner and co-accused Kamlesh Rajak after being arrested in Salimpur P.S. Case No. 144

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57087 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 of 2016 were identified by the informant and Bipin Sharma. In paragraph-3 of the bail petition it is mentioned that eleven cases of similar nature for the offence under Section 392 Indian Penal Code are pending against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
