The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 401/419/420/414/467/ 468 /471/353/325/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35A of the Arms Act.

Submission is that fire-arm was recovered from the possession of some other co-accused and nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the

No.53686 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.278 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
