Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 376/511, 436, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Lakhindra Sahani entered into the house of the informant and outraged her modesty and when the in-laws of the informant came to rescue and caught hold of Lakhindra Sahani then co-accused Urmila Devi sprinkle kerosene oil on the house of the informant and co-accused Lakhindra Sahani and this petitioner lit the fire.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let learned court below consider regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of
