JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to give notional promotion to the petitioner from IVth Grade to Grade -III (Clerk) from 6.5.1984 from which date other persons who were junior to the petitioner, were promoted from IVth Grade to Grade III (Clerk), and giving monetary benefits from its due date and the difference of arrears of salary from 6 May, 1984, up to 31.05.2011.

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to re- fix the pensionary

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for enforcement of the order dated 02.08.2019, passed in CWJC No.15437 of 2019.

It is needless to state that the petitioner is not barred from availing such remedies as are permissible under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
