This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 04.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38056 of 2014, whereby petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that he should surrender within six weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioner, due to the reasons mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, petitioner seeks extension of the time for surrender.
