Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent no.3 (Annexure-P/3) but till date no order has been passed.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, within a period of two weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim.
