JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Writ application is required to be dismissed and no interference is warranted with the decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee on the ground that the death of the father of the petitioner happened in the year 1976. Almost four decades have passed since misfortune visited the family. The object for giving compassionate appointment has been lost in four decades.

Since the order does not suffer from any infirmity, writ is dismissed.
