The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 616 of 2015 instituted for the offence under sections 342, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioners have clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. The complainant in his complaint petition has alleged that while he was returning with Rs. 25000/-, these petitioners snatched the aforesaid money from his pocket on the point of pistol. But there is no recovery of any money from their

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners are allowed. In the event surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 616 of 2015 ,they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
