These applications for anticipatory bail arises out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 359 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1686 of 2018) for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 468/34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62958 of 2019(11) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and now there is no dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts, these applications are allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in both the cases, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 359 of 2018 (G.R. No.1686 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
