2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023.

3. The recovery is of 71.5 kg of Ganja and the petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed this application on the ground of custody of the petitioner but learned APP for the State has opposed the same and has submitted that all the charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined in this case.

5. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
