The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1236 of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections-392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that much prior to filing of the present case, the father of the petitioner had lodged Dhanha P.S. Case No. 192 of 2013 against the complainant and others and furthermore, co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22660 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1236 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District-West Champaran.
