The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 669-C of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the Mediation Report, bearing Letter No. 1056 kept at Flag no. 'K', it appears that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity and wife is also ready to live with husband in her matrimonial house peacefully along with their children. Husband and wife have also filed an affidavit to that effect.

No.15404 of 2017 (11) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 669-C of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
