JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 669-C of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the Mediation Report, bearing Letter No. 1056 kept at Flag no. 'K', it appears that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity and wife is also ready to live with husband in her matrimonial house peacefully along with their children. Husband and wife have also filed an affidavit to that effect.
